movement slow without sound, and fast with bass hits

I'm not sure if this is true for other intelligent scanners but my comscans will slowly scan the room when they are in sound active mode and there is no music going. Its a cool effect when there is a build in a song with no bass hits. They slow down with the song and then start going crazy again when the beat drops. Is there a way to duplicate this effect in showxpress while using the autobpm mode? This way I could adjust the levels of mic sensitivity in autobpm mode to only react to strong bass hits and in extended periods of no bass the scanners would slowly scan the room. Thanks!

It basically works like this, with the auto bpm function.
No sound > respect the original step duration
Sound > step duration follow the bass hits
