Constant Crashing BigSur

I am working on getting a club up and running for the grand re-opening post lockdowns. I started by updating the clients Mac Mini to Big Sur OS, and then downloaded the most recent (9.2.10) 64bit version of the ShowXpress software. I'm using a new Xpress1024Rack interface.

I get constant, erratic crashes. It is not triggered by anything specific, as it's happened during patching fixtures, editing scenes, playing back Live scenes, and just sitting by itself. Sometimes i get a solid 30+ min into programming before the crash, other times it happens within 60sec. of opening the program. I've attached a .txt of the crash report
