Chauvet Slimpar PRO H Not showing [fixed]
I don't know what I am doing wrong but my SlimPar Pro H (12 Channel) will not show in 3D view. Did I do something wrong?
Re: Chauvet Slimpar PRO H Not showing
We found a problem in the library.
Sorry for that.
Please import the attached fixed file in the software.

Re: Chauvet Slimpar PRO H Not showing [fixed]
Sorry to thread jack, but I am having the same exact issue with my SlimPAR Pro W's. For the life of me I cannot get these fixtures to show in 3D View. Everything else shows fine in 3D view!
Any chance there is a replacement file for these as well?

The problem is different with "SlimPAR Pro W".
3DView is unfortunetely not able to show "warm/cold" white.
This makes no sence, but if you rename these channels by for instance "red" and "blue", then 3DView will show them.
We note that that it should be great to add the "warm/cold" white chanel display support in 3DView.

Thank you very much for the quick reply!
I tried that and it did not work. Please see attached. Did I do it incorrectly?

You have to declare a type of dmx fixture which is visible for 3DView.
menu "Edit Fixture" > tab "View" > section "3DView" > first dropdown list
