Real big fish concert using show express - real show

I use show express for lighting control in a 750 cap. room in UK

Hi, have you ever experienced showxpress chrashes when using a big showfile together with midi fader commands?

I used to have crashes when I used the Mac version. The issues stopped when I moved to windows.

I do remember some crashing issues caused by a dodgy usb cable and a worn out usb socket on the interface.

Hmmm, okay. I often have the issue of ShowXpress crashing when I use two-step scenes triggered by a midi fader. It also happens sometimes when a lot of midi messages are coming in. Please note that this will only happen on really big showfiles with 300+ scenes in live view.

Is there any way support could help me out with this?
