We read a couple of times the PDF doc.
We do not understand if basic dmx control is via 3 channels (RGB), or via 4 channels (RGB + strobe).
If 4 channels, we did not find the different levels for "strobe" channel.
So we made a profile with only 3 channels.
If not working well, please ask the manufacturer for more details about channels 4.

To my knowledge, there is no strobe. It's Tri-Colored LED's + White LED's.

Does this help?

Let me know, and I can contact someone who knows more if necessary.

We suggest you to simply try:
- connect the fixture to the interface
- set its dmx address to 1
- open ControlBoard
- open Editor
- click on "dmx" button in Editor (to get the green led in the button)
- move faders 1, 2, 3, ... in Editor ; and tell us what is happening

I should have the fixtures the end of April or early May. I will advise you then.

In the meanwhile, here's the info for the transmitter, if this helps:
