Please see attached images of the manual for these lights. The custom fixture profile I created for them works fine in DMX mode, but I am struggling to get them to cooperate in 3d mode. I hope a well configured profile for these lights will help. Thanks!

Hey mate,

The profile seems fairly straightforward, what can't you get working in 3D View? It might only take small tweaks.

Hi Tim,

I was able to assign most of the channels in fixture setup, except for channel 16. The manual is pretty vague. I followed the tutorial and tried to assign dimmer values to RGBW, but that had no effect in 3d mode. I'm sure there'e something simple I'm missing.

So you're saying everything is working as expected in 3d view aside from channel 16?

If so that's behaving as expected, 3D view can't replicate things like macros and built in effects and such.

Otherwise upload your custom fixture here I'll see if I can just tweak it to fix

Nothing except channel 1 works in 3d mode. Is it just a .txt file you need? Thanks for taking a look!
