V3 does not connect to V9 and V2 does [fixed]

I'm having the same issue! Using showxpress on windows 8 version 8.2.28 - 171113

Live mobile app version 2.4.1 will successfully connect to ShowXpress, Live Mobile app version 3.0.2 just keeps saying "Live_Mobile.html Unable to connect to live (http)" or just won't do anything.

Ipad version is iOS 12.4.1 and Thelightingcontroller program is on acceptation list of Windows firewall under private and public.

Live Mobile V3 works exclusively with the version 9 of the software.

Ah that explains! That's a bummer but so glad to know that, I was getting so stressed out wondering why it wouldn't connect! Thanx so much ^_^
