Since V9.2.3 my D512 is not recognized [fixed]

Hello,

i'm always on the same computer (windows 10).
I used my D512 interface with an old version (8.something) of sweet light software.
It was runing perfectly.

But since i have downloaded and installed the new version (9.2.3) of the software, my D512 is no more recognized by the software.
When i launch the software, the popup indicates "0 interface"..

I had a look at the main menu > Preferences > DMX universes to check.
In the "DMX universe mapping" window, i can't choose anything, there is no universe ready to be matched in the list.

Last time, i had to "disable" one universe, but now there is nothing to link.

I tryed to erase driver, re install drive, plug the box before and after powering on my computer or software.
Box D512 is lighting blue, but no more green. PC Link failed.

Can you help me ?

Do i need to install new drivers ?

I see a link on your website, and downloaded al the drivers.
If i had to install one of them, with one would be the good one ?
in 2018 folder ? in other folder ?
I use windows 64bits

V9 need the usb drivers for V9 (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... f=2&t=5789).

bonjour j'ai exactement le meme probleme de reconaissance sur Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.2
avec la version V9.2.3 elle n 'est pas reconnu mais sur la version V8.2.28 le boitier fonctionne

Votre problème n'a rien à voir avec ce sujet, car il n'y a pas de pilotes usb à installer sous MacOS.
