As far as it goes, I’ve tried both on iOS and Android. Installing the latest software and mobile apps.
The thing is: I connect to the app successfully, but it does not show scenes or anything else. Only I can connect to the app, but unable to see anything or use it.

* one more thing: I saw on YouTube video that it says there is no internet connection needed, but you actually can not use the app without having the PC and Mobile connected to the same network?!

Please check in the software tab "Live" that the option "Visible in external application" for the page is enable.

Many times I’ve tried enabling and disabling that option and it would stay the same as on the screenshot.

Please tell us if you see the pages (with the buttons) with Live Mobile V2.
You can install both apps (V2 and V3) in your smartphone.
And if yes, please try to modify the settings in the menu of Live Mobile V3 (like remove a tab for instance).

I’ve tried it one another laptop and it works now. Don’t know what was it, because I’ve tried it on at least 3 laptops and it didn’t work but now it works on this one :’)

For the non working computers, please check that this option is checked: Live > toolbar bouton "Menu" > selection "Live settings" > section "External control" > Enable".
