Lights not Responding (dip switches) [fixed]

I have an X-Factor and the main screen shows that the universe is found, but my lights don't respond. I'm not sure what version that I have, but I donwloaded and installed the program in November. I installed the USB driver today. There is no lights where it says DMX input. I changed out the cable and light to see what might be causing it. Please help me resolve this problem.

Ok, the first step is to download the latest software. I don't know if you are a mac or a PC but I presume you are running ShowXpress? The software is here: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... howXpress/

Secondly, check that you have the DMX "traffic lights" turned on in builder or live (whichever you are using)

That's all I can thing of right now, but it is 2:20am so I may have forgotten something.

Thanks for the suggestions, Tom. I figured out the problem. I had to set the DMX switches on the lights one less than ShowXPress was telling me to.
