Everything works except the POI's
I am having the same problem (working in Windows 10) And I have verified that I have the proper drivers. EVERYTHING works EXCEPT the POI Editor.

Do you have capital letters in your button names in Showxpress/Sweet Light/etc.? There is a bug in VDJ that converts capital letters to lower case letters when passing thru to Showxpress...or any other lighting software.

I tried renaming the base scene removing all caps. I have removed all caps from the command argument in the POI editor. - NOTHING.
To be clear. EVERYTHING else works including the Hot Cue buttons reassigned as DMX works perfectly. It simply will not trigger in the POI.
