driver install problem (Code 28)

I have the same issue....
W10 is current...

Device manager D512 states:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

when I follow the "Update Driver instructions" automatically...
" Windows could not find the drive software for your device"

If do a manual update and I point it to the Drivers Folder:
there is an ERROR with D512 Interface 64bits (217_7)

Please help... I have 4 systems installed in clients venues and all having same issue... total nightmare!
