3d Viewer Not Showing up on screen [fixed]

I cannot get 3d viewer to show up on my Surface Pro. I know it's just a file that I have not downloaded but I don't know what file. Can someone please assist me with this?

Maybe the window is opening offscreen ? You can try to delete the line "Frm_Main = " in the file "3DView/3dview.ini" (or delete the whole file) in your LightShow.
