Please post the personality file (the .txt file in "../home_directory/TheLightingController/LightShows/YourLightshow/fixtures/") you are using.

3DView is effectively able to show only "single beam" fixtures (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=668).

Here is a workaround to see them: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1234
