[Request] Master Speed default to "none" [done]

Hey support,

Could you make it so that scenes that get added after you've made a master speed fader default to "master speed = none".

It's kind of annoying having to go trough all scenes that you've made to make sure they aren't accidentaly on a master speed fader.

I have had this exact issue occur while trying to figure out where one certain button in a ton of pages was accidentaly being controlled by a unintended fader

Also, when you have for example master fader 3 & 4 as speed faders and you assign master fader 2 to be a speed fader too, the shows assigned to fader 3 will change to fader 2, shows assigned to fader 4 will change to fader 3 and so on.

This can not be easily changed (means hours of job, with high risk a new bugs).
