.sce vs .scex

Post by bshoc »

I"m thinking after I updated to V8, it converted all of my .sce to .scex because I have duplicates. Is there any reason to keep the .sce?

Not really, but it's always good to have a backup of important scenes so it won't hurt having them there. It's totally fine deleting them though.

.sce are V7 scenes
.scex are V8 scenes
V8 scenes are "fixtures based" programming ; they are free of fixtures dmx addresses.
