HELP! with Slimpar 38

Hi, I'm new to uplighting and DMXing. I recently(about 3months) purchased an Xpress 100 dongle and I am using it on windows 7 PC. With no real issues.
Yesterday I recieved 2 Chauvet Slimpar 38's, that I want to use to light up my truss. However, when I plug them into the Xpress 100 it lights up all the functions work fine but the light randomly blinks or turns on/off.
I've tried using 4 differnt DMX cables, I also tried 2 pc's with windows 7 and 10. I tried both 2013 and 2015 drivers. I don't feel like the pars are defective...because they work fine in stand alone mode. Can any one help or offer any suggestions?

Sounds like a cabling issue. Do you have a termination plug on the end of your chain?

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have a terminator...But I should get a hold of one tomorrow. I will give it a try and let you know my results.
