Need profile for this PAR Can (both long and short models) - assume same profile. Could anyone help?

What's wrong with using the generic Par can profile?

Likely nothing but I am entirely new to this and am not a lighting professional. I am working on this project for my daughters' children's theater. If a "generic" profile is what "support" recommends, I am fine with that.

I'm not "support" but I have been using the software for many years.

I have now looked up your fixture. I will create the profile for you - I read it as a generic PAR can as it doesn't sound like a LED fixture. Usually you will be asked to direct support to the DMX spec sheet.

Yep, see my previous post for the profile. I made it for you. Simply import this in to the show by going to (I dont know what OS you use but in XP it is) C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\TheLightingController\LightShows\SHOWNAME\fixtures\

Just place the .txt file in here and you will see your fixture in setup.
