Control board crashes [fixed]

I've had the control board crash several times when opening up and I've now lost the green flashing 'PC link' light. I can provide the most recent crash report if that would help. Is there a way to restore the box's settings and regain the connection?

What is your software version, and what is your interface ?

Software V 6.24 for Mac and and I'm using it with Sweetlight Remote unit. I have started another thread under the Sweetlight Remote section as I'm not sure whether its the unit or the software.

I have had the same problem but with the ssa interface and im runnig 6.25 sweet light software

I tried everything suggested to me without success and eventually returned the unit to my supplier, suspecting a fault with the hardware. The replacement arrived a couple of days ago and I haven't had a chance to test it yet! Fingers crossed.

Simon, so you just double click on ControlBoard to open it , and it crashes ?
If yes, please make the test with and without the interface connected to your Mac, and let us know when it crashes.

I now have a new Sweetlight Remote and its working fine with no crashes. I can only assume it was a hardware issue that has been solved with the replacement unit.

Could you please send us a copy of your lightshow (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=168) ?
This might help us, in case of you discovered a bug which crashes the firmware of the interface, after scenes uploading procedure.
