[MacOS] interface Cable is not found [fixed]

Hello

I've plugged in my Sweetlight Cable into my PC and it works fine, but when I plug it into my Mac I get the message "No Universe Found". Please advise whether I need to do anything other than install the software?

If not - suggestions welcome!
