ShowXpress not seeing all channels [fixed]

On my show xpress editor it will only control the macro channel of my Chauvet Colorstrip mini. The other 3 faders for RGB don't do anything. Also, a similar thing happens with my ADJ Mega Bar 50. It controls every channel EXCEPT the red fader. I don't understand.

Are you using the recent software version (V6.24) ?
Do the dmx levels display (from ControlBoard) follow the RGB channels or not ?

Not to sound condescending but have you made sure the address on the fixture is set correctly - happens to the best of us!

Yes the addresses were done correct

I actually just figured it out....all I needed to do is set things up the way I wanted then restart the program and everything worked.
