I have an older XP laptop that I had previously run ShowXpress Plus (14 button). It has run well for years. I purchased a "New Old Stock" (same box as the old one- 14 button Plus), that I can't get to work on the same laptop. It shows a "PC link" on the front of the interface, but I can't get the DMX input to work. My laptop gives a message that the "device" isn't connected. I tried downloading drivers from the site, but can't seem to unpack them. Can someone give me a direction to fix this?

...and, why is the old interface working, but the newer one isn't. Aren't they the same animal?

Could it be a 32 bit driver vs 64 bit Driver?
