This is a very generic question, but I've been trying in vain for the past few hours and I can't get the program to control my lights.
I'm using 6 Chauvet Color Dash PAR Quad 7s and 3 Chauvet PAR Quad 3 IRCs.
I've set the addresses for all of the lights using 10 channels (Addresses 001, 011, 021, 031, 041, 051) and the last 3 using 9 channels (Addresses 061, 070, 079).
I've insert the fixtures into the fixtures tab, but no matter what I change in the software, the lights won't respond. Can y'all post ideas of what could be wrong? I know this is vague, but it's maddening that I can't even get the lights to respond at all with this program.

Make sure that you have activated the DMX button.

Have you checked the dmx bar graph to check if it is sending data to your interface,
And can you see anything in 3D View?

restart in ADMIN MODE and check the splash screen said "ONE UNIVERSE FOUND" or something like that... if it doesnt... check the hardware... the most common error... no drivers instaled.
Another test: connect the lights directly to the interface... to check if the problems are in the cables...
