how to make 512 dongle always be same universe

How do you make a 512 or 512 plus universe always be the same universe? For instance to always be universe 2, so that even if you don't have a universe 1 dongle plugged in it comes up as universe 2. In martin light jockey there's a separate app you download to tell the dongle itself what to always be.

Until you keep same usb port for each universe, the Operating System is supposed to enumerate them always in the same order !
