I just purchased an HP Spectre x360 2-1 Laptop to use with ShowXpress. I downloaded the latest version of the ShowXpress software 8.2.18.
After the installation completed, I ran the ShowXpress program and received the message (0) Interfaces Found.
Please note that during the software installation, a pop up box asked if I wanted to install the latest drivers. I selected yes.
In device manager, I receive an error on the device. I have included a screenshot here.
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)".
What can I do to resolve this?
Thank you,

Re: (0) Interfaces Found
Please proceed to a complete Operating System update.
Then the OS should be able to verify the Digital Signature.

Re: (0) Interfaces Found
I am running Windows 10 Home OS Build 14393.969
In Windows Updates, it says "Your device is up to date. Last checked today. 8:08PM
Are the driver and ShowXpress software compatible with Windows 10 home edition?

Re: (0) Interfaces Found
It appears there is one build newer than mine. I am downloading it now and will see what happens. The build no. is KB4016635.
Re: (0) Interfaces Found
I am now on build 14393.970
I uninstalled ShowXpress, then rebooted. The I reinstalled ShowXpress and answered yes to install new drivers. This still did not work.
What builds do work? What version Windows?
