After upgrading to windows 10 my 3D viewer is not working. When I go to turn on 3D Viewer I get a dialog box that says 3DView.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

What files do I have to re download in order to get this to start working again.

Ok, I understand it won't show internal programs, but will the light work the way it is supposed to in 5 channel mode when connected to Showxpress with this new profile? Or should I just use the 5 channel mode from the original profile and not worry about 3D viewer as having the light working ...

I imported the profile that you sent and yes you fixed the strobing issue, but now the light beam stays on all the time (no blackout or off). Also the beams do not change colors (ie amber, blue etc.). It appears that in 3D viewer the only control I have for the light is that I can now change the ...

When I imported the file into showxpress I changed the option to be visible, but thank you for changing the DMX value for the strobe.
