A software is not allowed to write files in the folder " C:\Program Files\... ".
You have to store your lightshows in the " home directory " (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com/viewtopic.php?t=168).
You can use the function " Open lightshow folder " from our software to open this folder.

Please provide a link to download the manual of this DMX fixture and we will do the profile for you.

Alternatively, you can also do the profile by yourself in the module "Fixtures".
