The Lighting Controller

I am having an issue with my windows 10 laptop with Showxpress. The software recognizes the interface but the pc link light will not come on. I have tested these dongles out on a Mac and they work just fine. Both showxpress and windows are up to date.

They are not different brand names. Same exact unit.

I currently have a Showxpress 512 Dongle connected, but I am trying add a second 512 dongle that I just purchased brand new from sweetwater.com. After downloading the latest Showxpress software I go to open the software with both dongle connected and I get an error message saying "their is an i...
