I've got the pocket pro working now however I can imagine its going to take me ages to program them and could do with some programs for a few gigs I have coming up in the next few days. Would anyone know if there is anywhere to download any programs/scenes from please?

Ok I closed QuickDMX and reopened which did the trick!

Excellent thank you. In the meantime I have connected some simpler lights to try and control however things are not working correctly and its annoying. Tried the fixtures with ADJ MyDMX and they work but I cant get them to work in QuickDMX. I have added a fixture, set the address on the light ...

I'm also searching for how to use the ADJ Pocket pro with this software. I've tried to do it manually however I'm very new to DMX and could not get anything working. Please help if anyone has a profile for this fixture.

Like I said, it's plug and play, so there should be no need for installation instructions. I'm glad that you found a solution and have it working. There is a post somewhere on here where Support has outlined the manual driver installation instructions, but this is only needed for people ...

Tony: what support is saying is that your interface has to match the name of the software, otherwise it won't work.

The interfaces SHOULD be plug and play with the latest version of windows 10 (all my interfaces were simply plug and play, no issues, no manual driver installation), however ...

Yes it is strange, maybe the device I have is faulty. I do however find it strange to receive a device with no installation instructions. Could you let me know how you went about getting the product working ...
