driver install problem (Code 28)

I have the same issue....
W10 is current...

Device manager D512 states:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

when I follow the "Update Driver instructions" automatically ...
