I'm running showxpress with a macbook laptop. First problem is that while I have the box plug into the computer with no dmx cable hooked up to it and do some programing using the 3d window after a while it loses the pc link and I have to shut the software down to get it to link up again. I have a samsung galaxy tablet 3. I've down loaded the live mobile app. Went into the setting, opened the apps settings and there is no where to put the ip address and the password.
