How to PROGRAM via wireless??

Hi,

I'd like to be able to PROGRAM wireless so that I can walk around the room. The Live Mobile software is just for playback, right? Attached is a diagram of the two ways I thought of doing it:

1) Attach my D512 to my laptop, or Microsoft Surface, and use a DMX transmitter. The problem is that ...

Can I run Show Express on an I Pad?

I'm totally a PC cat, but I recently bought an Allen & Heath QU-24 digital mixer and the App that allows remote mixing only runs on an I Pad. Since it looks like I'll be getting one to run that app I'm wondering if I can also install Show Express on it it and use it to run lights in Live Mode ...

What Happened to the Solo Button in 7.12?

Hi, am I missing something or is the solo button missing in v7.12? I just upgraded from 7.01 (I think) and the previous pages that were written w/ solo still seem to act correctly, but new new scenes don't seem to have the option.

Please advise,
Thanks,
David

Re: Is there a way to "Clear All" lights in a scene?

Thanks for the reply. However, If I'm building a scene with multiple steps and I've already built several steps and now want to "clear the board" so I can write a new step from scratch I have to manually zero all the faders. I suppose I could create a new scene, save it and then insert it into the ...

Is there a way to "Clear All" lights in a scene?

Yes, I'm new to the program, but I basically know how to programs scenes. But it seems that if I want to "clear the stage" and write a new scene, the only way I've found is top make a group with all the fixtures, select it and then run through the channels and bring down everything that's up. It ...
