Thank you for the clear report!
Problem only reproduced with QLab, which sends "Program Change" messages without a Data2 value at all.
The issue did not exist before version 9.3.21, when the macOS software did not handle multiple MIDI messages simultaneously.
Fixed for the next fix file.

Re: Version 9.4.1 does not receive MIDI In
To understand the problem, we need to reproduce it, and we're looking for the simplest way to do so.
Could you please try sending MIDI messages using "VirtualMidiSend," which is available for free on the App Store?
In the meantime, to try to get the D1024W interface working from v9.3.8, you can try ...

Re: Version 9.4.1 does not receive MIDI In
We tried to reproduce your issue but without success. Like you, we even used the IAC Driver (and the "Virtual Midi Send" application from the App Store to send MIDI messages).
In all cases, we successfully receive the sent MIDI messages in the "Midi Logger" window of version 9.4.1 (Intel and ARM ...

Re: Version 9.4.1 does not receive MIDI In
While watching your video, we noticed that you were using the "macOS Intel" version for v9.4.3 but the "Apple Silicon" (ARM) version for v9.4.1.
Could you please try the "macOS Intel" version for v9.4.1?
On our side, we will check the MIDI-In functionality with the "Apple Silicon" (ARM) version of ...

Re: Adding and removing fixtures to Generator File
Before letting 'Support' respond, I suggest you try V_II (https://forum2.thelightingcontroller.com/). In V_II, you can add or remove devices even if they are not identical.

Re: Serious syncing issues in timeline
We performed tests with the latest version of the software on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, using two different WAV files. We did not observe any playback differences in the TimeLine between the two Windows versions. Are you using the latest version of the software, as some improvements have ...

FYI, you could try the "Windows 32bit (x86)" version of the software because normally Windows ARM is able to run applications for this type of processor

Re: Speed Label Under Button Trigger
Done for next fix file.
Please note that the master fader associated with the button continues to be indexed by number. So if you rearrange your master faders, you will still need to manually update the master fader speed associated with the button.
