I changed the driver and I also changed the dll file. When I try to install the driver using the device manager I got an error. If I unplug the 512 from the PC and then I replug it I got a successfully installed driver message with the Allan driver. When I connect the 512 to the pc I get another err...

Do you have any information on the 3.0 USB on the ASUS

I just read from another post from the same section 512 that the person is also having problems with the 3.0 usb ports. Therfore, it seems that there is a problem with 3.0 ports on Windows based computers. Do you have any updated drivers for usb 3.0 ports for Windows based computers?

I checked it on a MACBOOK PRO with 3.0 usb ports and it works fine.

all of the ports are 3.0 and I get the same error on all of the ports

all teh ports are usb 3.0

I'm using V6.33 beta and I'm getting this error:

"Nb interfaces = 1
Interface #1 - Ma:0 Mo: 268492288 - L:12"

My computer is Windows 7 ASUS i7 64 bits. Any suggestions?

I installed the software recommended with no luck. I still have the same problem.

I tried installing the drivers once more as instructed and now I get the message: "There is one not compatible interface. Please remove it". What is your recommendation?
