Message "Insert EFK Drivers Disk" !

But when the dongle is installed it sits and thinks then "Insert EFK Drivers Disk" comes up. Where does this come from? I bouhgt th dongle second hand and it did not come with any disks

I looked there and the only FAQ section I can find is to do with the forum!
The technical one must be on a different link on the site and I cannot find that. A pity your latest version does not include the drivers. Otherwise an excelent product!

After software installation, a copy of the driver files is supposed to be here: C:\Program Files\YourSoftware\drivers\
