Video on time line

Is it still possible on the last version of windows to lunch an mp4 file with the time line? When I try, it open a black window without any picture or sound.

I download the codec library it work well, we agree video can't be played on the TheLightingController II.

On voudrait clarifier dans un premier temps le logiciel que vous utilisez.
Est-ce "TheLightingController Classic" ou "TheLightingController II" ?
