The Lighting Controller Classic

I'm new here and hoping that someone can help me out.

I'm using ShowXpress on a Windows platform. And I have been successful at connecting three VParPak fixtures. However, the second channel (green) on each of the fixtures is not working correctly. When I raise that level the light fixtures do nothing. All of the other channels work just fine. I'm stumped. Anyone have some thoughts?
