Lights Missing When Sweetlight Cable Plugged in [fixed]

i have 15 lights set up on sweetlight and when i plug my sweetlight cable, it only show 8 lights on Editor, and when i unplug the cable all 15 Lights reappear.
its work fine on my other computer, which is all so window 7. Please help. The Version of sweetlight iv got is 6.27

With interface Cable, Editor can show max 10 fixtures.

so why does all 15 work on my other computer and not this one, i carnt use the other computer cause its used for something else

We do not really know.
Only one thing is sure: Editor should show max 10 fixtures with interface Cable.

Hi im Geting anoyed Now, were i brought my Sweetlight from They Said they Have more then 10 Fixtures,
On My Setup Screen iv Got 4 Dyamno Scanners, 9 Led Par Cans and 2 Mini Moving heads and a Haze Machine,Since i Brought my New Laptop and Downloads the Lastest Version of Sweetlight, On my Editor is Only Show 4 Scanner, Haze a Machine and 5 Par Cans, Y is it on my Other 2 Laptop Every on Editor is there.. Iv Sent My sweetlight Cable of to see if there was a problem and its still the Same.
Please Help or give me other Soultion on what i can use. Please. Iv got a Show Soon and i need then working.....

Why? You were getting more than you paid for, now your interface is working as it should.
As an aside note (I don't mean to offend), please (as you are in Skegness I assume that you are a native English speaker) use proper grammar and spelling. It makes your point clearer and therefore easier to answer. There are also a lot of people on this forum for whom English is not their first language (support for example), so posts in well formed English are easier to understand. You will also find that people are much more willing to respond to a well phrased, and accurate post. I don't mean to offend, it just makes life easier for all parties.
