The D1024W device and its drivers do not work on Windows 10 64-bit.

Hello team :

Two major complaints:
No installation manual
And the utilities are inadequate or incomprehensible.

I received the D1024w device.
On Windows 10, it appears in Device Manager with an exclamation mark.
Cable and Wi-Fi.

When I download your drivers, Windows reports that it found no drivers.

This happens with both your latest and recent drivers.

It's surprising that in the 21st century you don't have a simple installer.

On the back, there's a switch for ST or AP mode... I don't know what that means.

Do you have accessible documentation?
Do you have drivers or, preferably, a simple installer for this hardware?

I'm going to test it on my Mac, hoping it's plug and play!

Thank you in advance.

Hello "complément d'informations"

-1- The driver installation process is a nightmare, which shows that your versions are beta tests.
It's unacceptable to have to go through the hassle of installing drivers on my Windows PC.

This needs to be addressed. It's 2026, after all.

-2- Let's talk about your (far too numerous) applications for controlling the live show from a phone or tablet.

In short: it's unheard of.

I thought that with the Sweetlight software classic, all you needed was a simple button to send these sequences to the device.

Then, you just had to launch APP1024w to start the show. Well, no... it's not that simple... My phone sees the box (green dot), I click on it, and it's empty!
The same thing happens with the SweetLight application on my PC: there's no "export your show" button on the 1024w interface!
Is it so complicated to make things simple? One button = one export!
I've developed a lot of software and interfaces, and I always asked users to review the ergonomics of my interfaces.
It looks like a Soviet nuclear power plant straight out of the 1970s! :) We understand absolutely nothing about your numerous applications and the unreadable documentation!

These comments are made in the hope that you will correct all these problems, which are a real obstacle to using your system. It's very, too complicated, and therefore not user-friendly enough. It's a shame because Sweetlight... The Lighting Controller Classic version is very good.

I have no problems with SUNLIGHT.

I'll try for another week to get your system working from a tablet or phone.

Do you have any videos tutorials in French on how to send my The Lighting Controller Classic scenes to this 1024 box, and then explain which iPhone app to use? Because between app1024w, LiveMobile, and The Lighting Controller, we understand absolutely nothing!
