I have a new Mac book pro, i installed the software, after about a half our everything go in black out, i have to restart the MAC to make it work again, on the previous mac i did not have this problem, i reinstalled everthing already twice, is this a problem that is known?

We first have a few questions.

When the "black out" happen.
- does our software close itself ?
- if not, does the usb LED of our DMX interface stop blinking ?

To make it work again.
- is it enough to close / restart our software ?
- if not is it enough to close / restart our software and unplug/replug our DMX interface ?
- or you have to restart the macOS system ?

Your answers will help us identify the issue.
