Showxpress has been a huge headache for me yet again. It started not playing the audio in the timelines after playing one track. So I thought I'd simply remover the software, come on here and find the same version and reinstall it. I couldn't find it so I decided in my wisdom to recover the laptop back to yesterday. That in it's self caused huge problems and a trip to repair the laptop and £56 bill. SO now I'm back with a working win 10 laptop but when I try to start showxpress it says there is an incompatible interface. I have downloaded the drivers for V9 (which I'm running) but in device manager it still says the drivers are the most up to date drivers and won't let me install the ones from the memory stick. Could someone please help me figure this out. Yet again I'm wasting so much time getting showxpress to work.

Thanks, but how does that solve my problem exactly? I didn't see a fix file, just a 404 error on the page. The software seems fine and has worked for years. It's the driver issue that is stopping the universes from being recognised isn't it? I have tried replacing the drivers with V9 drivers from here but it does not work. I always struggle to get any updates to work properly so if anyone could do a remote access for me on the laptop that would be so helpful.
