The Lighting Controller

Every day after restarting Quick dmx, the computer gives the following error message: Error loading library 'efk_hardware' !
We have now resolved this by reinstalling the latest version of V9, however, we have to do this every day because otherwise the software does not want to start. Does anyone know the solution to this?

By "restarting", you mean close / restart our software (the Macbook stays on) or switch off / on the Macbook ?

I mean switch off and on the MacBook.
