Not finding device [fixed]

I have the D512S, and I can't get ShowXpress to find it. In addition, the green USB light is not lit. It says it's installed correctly, and I followed your directions for installing the updated drivers, but it says that I have the newest drivers. I'm running Windows 10 with ver 9.3.23. Please advise how to fix this.
