The profile you have is not correct for the 6 spot...

the dmx channels should be:
1 - pod 1 (blackout, red, green, blue, yellow, magenta, cyan, white)
2 - pod 2
3 - pod 3
4 - pod 4
5 - pod 5
6 - pod 6
7 - strobe
8 - mode

will this be able to work properly in the 3d visualizer? will we be able to position each pod?

The Chauvet 6spot settings load in as follows:
1- dimmer
2 - red
3 - green
4 - blue
5 - strobe effect
6 - color macro
7 - pods

but its not a true RGB color changer

I checked the profile and the fixture and determined that you are 100% correct. The revised profile is attached. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for catching this issue!
