The Lighting Controller

Hi, I have been using your software for about two years and it is very good! Recently I have started to experiment with media file buttons, but am having some issues.
When I add a button for an mp3 (song - 320bps - 3mins) it works as expected.
When I add a button for an mp3 (DJmix - 320bps - 60mins) it does not respond.
When I add a picture or video it opens the ScreenControl window and then the software hangs.

Are there file format limitations that I'm not aware of, or is something else happening? Thanks, Rob

AFAIK, the software depends on the PC/Mac abilities to play any media file, if it is not up to the task - for any reason - that might be a problem: a 60 min audio file is quite big...

Could you please send these two audio files via "wetransfer" ?
If privacy is needed, you can email the wetransfer link to our email address (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com ... p?f=3&t=19). We will delete the files after all test are done.

@Synergysound : Did you right install a codec pack ?
