The Lighting Controller

I have recently purchased Chauvet Rogue R3X Wash and Chauvet Ovation F-415FC and tried to add them to a Show Express show but neither of these lights appear in the Library
How can I find these DMX primers for these lights.
Help please.

Can I have 62 channels for the Rogue R3X wash and 18 channels for the Ovation F-415 FC please

Any idea on when you might have the personality files ready for our Rogue R3X wash and Ovation F415 FC.

We do as fast as possible.
It takes more time because of complex DMX fixture.
