StandAlone won't run via buttons or remote

Post by boogiemarshall »

I have several scenes successfully uploaded to StandAlone. I can see them when running the software. But when I close the program and try to activate any of the programmed scenes using the front panel buttons or the remote, nothing happens. When using the remote, the IR light flashes, so it must be getting a signal. Last night I tried to upload a new scene and many of the lights came on very bright and fluttered (strobing really fast). This was definitely not part of the scene and it looked like something bad, so I killed the DMX output. When I brought the lights back up, many of the lights were either on and strobing fast, wrong colors, or not on at all. Scenes display properly via selecting the tab from within the program. Could my unit be defective? I have emailed a zip file of my lightshow to support.

I am using a Rack 1024 running 9.2.23.

Your ZIP file contains a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow into a lightshow, ...
We are not able to know which lightshow to check.

Please check the content of your ZIP file, and send us only one lightshow.
