Colordash Batten quad 12 3D viewer

I'm using ShowXpress and my ColorDash Batten Quad 12 will not show up in 3D Viewer. Can someone help? I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Very sensitive to manage multi-beams fixtures.
Please try the attached profile.
3DView will show 12 parcan's.
You will have to put them side by side, to simulate the LED bar.
