3DView not showing anything (v9.2.13) [fixed]

After applying fix file, 3DView is just idle with nothing showing.
9.2.10 -> fix 9.2.11 -> fix 9.2.13
9.2.10 -> fix 9.2.11 -> fix 9.2.13
Suspecting the issue was the software ip address (2.0.0.10)
Switched to 127.0.0.1 and ok again
