I have tried downloading everything with the drivers but it seems as the fixtures i use still wont get the signal i provide.If anyone else knows or has a solution please let me know. Thank you.
1. check if a hardware is detected when opening the software
2. check if the dmx icon (upper right) is active (green uderlined))
